"Excellent service"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as the patient),

I was taken into forth valley by ambulance due to a call that originated from 111. The staff at the call centre were excellent, keeping me calm even though I hadn't expected to go into hospital as an outcome of the call. The ambulance staff made me feel relaxed even though I was worried. all 3 of them are a great asset to the NHS. After arriving at the accident and emergency dept I was surprised how busy the ward was. I was there for 6 hours being monitored and treated and I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing such an outstanding job. All staff were so kind and rushed of their feet. This dept should be praised for showing exceptional patient care during these stressful times.
