"Midwives going above and beyond"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital Maternity care / Maternity Ward

(as a service user),

Everything on the Maternity Ward has been absolutely great. I have been supported by all the midwives and doctors who have been involved in my care. I would especially like to mention midwives Grainne and Imelda - who have been really brilliant and excellent. They really have gone above and beyond for me. I would also like to mention Nursing Assistant Shannon who has also been excellent.

The only thing I think could be improved would be the heating. This is because I felt a draught through the window, which made me cold, especially during the night. Other than this one minor thing, my maternity experience has been an excellent one.
