"In the best hands"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency North Devon District Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a service user),

My daughter has been admitted to North Devon hospital via a and e twice in the past couple of months. Both times I was impressed with her level of care. I would like to thank all the staff we encountered in both departments. The nurses and doctors are wonderfully efficient. I was so thoroughly impressed with them all. It makes me feel less anxious to know if we have to go again, that we will receive the best care. Thank you!

Thank you and forgive my delayed response.

I am sorry to hear that you have required our service twice in recent times with your daughter. I hope she is well on the road to recovery.

It is so good to hear you received "the best care " and if there is another visit you have confidence in our level of care. I appreciate you taking the time to give such positive feedback, staff in both departments will be pleased to hear they have helped to reduce some of the stress of a hospital experience especially with a child.

Thank you once again,

Margaret
