About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

Went to have a new implant fitted at Ryecroft. Decision was made to refer me to the complex clinic for removal of my old one, as it was embedded and couldn't easily be felt. Received a phone call explaining, that the complex waiting list was longer than anticipated and Leanne offered to try at Cobridge today.

I am prone to fainting during these procedures but was instantly made to feel very comfortable. Removal was done with patience and care. Communication was kept up throughout. I did feel funny after but didn't feel pressured to leave until I felt ready. Couldn't have asked for a better professional!
