(as a service user),

Last month, I fell from a scaffold ladder whilst working on a building. I was unconscious and sustained various injuries. While I was being assessed I suffered a crash in blood pressure and eventually I was transferred to Bickleigh ward. I would just like to say how wonderful you all are! You all helped refresh my faith in human nature and you all should not underestimate how much people appreciate you.
