Very happy to learn that on a recent visit to Ayr Hospital accident and emergency a new physio has started called Stuart. He was excellent with his manner to me, he explained each step of his back assessment to me and this made me at ease. He explained the reasons for and against further investigations that I fully accepted.
Stuart was then able to tell me what was wrong with my back and organised the follow-up. I feel that he used his time with me fully and I could not be happier. What a great service that Ayr hospital now have.
