Having been in pain for a while I phoned the surgery for an appointment, the covid situation seemed to be easing and I hadn't wanted to take up valuable doctors time. After having a scan I was called a fortnight later by a g.p. His only help for me was voltarol gel. He wasn't able to answer any questions or provide me any useful prognosis. I was made to feel like an absolute time waster and clearly not worth his attention. I am really upset and so disappointed with the whole experience.
