"Treated with the utmost respect and kindness"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

I had to undergo venesection as I have haemachromatosis. I had 5 in all and on each occasion I was seen promptly and treated with the upmost respect and kindness.  This helps as I am not usually good with needles. Thanks to all who attended to me you are a great team.

Thank you very much for your positive response to your experience whilst having a venesection. Would you be able to contact me (SR Medhurst 01522 573066), via this comment or PALS in order to direct this compliment to the correct department of Medical Day Unit or Saxon Suite
