Arrived on time only to wait outdoors in the rain for 20 minutes just to get to the intercom for a public grilling via intercom detailing the reason for your visit, 18 months into a global pandemic, surely this practice have had time to organise a better system providing facilities given the impending winter months for elderly and disabled patients, a gazebo/chairs would be a start, once inside the reception staff are massively protected from the 'covid' elements, fantastic (and I dare say expensive) ceiling to desktop glass screens, so impressive the staff struggle to hear you, again you have to shout your business through the mandatory face mask, once into the much awaited appointment, exhausted by months of trying to get through the door, left totally demoralised at being told the treatment necessary is no longer available due to 'cutbacks in funding ', in future I will stay home, have a brew and hope NHS services come back online to pre covid levels soon for everyone's sake, services pre pandemic were in decline, the poor level of service/facilities now offered are a massive escalation of that decline
"Extremely poor experience"
