"Unbelievable waiting times"

At the enterance myself and my 1 year old had to wait for 20 minutes just to get booked in, no one came to see us in-between times to apologise or explain the delay.
Had to sit in A&E with drunk and disorderly and their police officers before we could be taken to the children's department. Waited for 3.5 hours in the children's department. No one came in to apologise or to update. Lack of communication
