visited WGH A&E department this evening with my daughter who had a fractured finger, I was miss informed by 111 who told me we had an appointment to see a GP at 8.40pm and had to sit and wait for 4 long hours as it was incredibly busy and as people are seen by priority rather than arrival time which is completely acceptable.
We were dealt with by one of the nicest Nurse practitioners who was dealing with arriving triage she was an absolute delight and nothing was to much trouble a real asset to our NHS thank you nurse M I am gutted I am not allowed to post this with your name as you really do deserve the recognition.
