"RUDE receptionist again"

Receptionist Rude ! refused to give her name stating she doesn't have too , cancelled my very important appointment on the day it is due , stating booked under the wrong heading , after waiting 2 weeks .Tells me to rebook on econsult , or phone again at 8 in the morning (i had daily for 2 weeks prior to booked appointment )NO RINGBACK!! Horrid woman whom needs to get a job Not working with sick people.... Tried to get the practice manager contact amazingly he's never there … shocking service. GPs are probably great but the Receptionist prevents treatment and needs to be told
