About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Urology

From the moment I arrived at BAU Urology  at Firth Valley Royal Hospital, I  received exceptional care, helpful and done with a smiling face and genuine politeness. From being  seen early, as Donna in reception area 4, noticed I was in some discomfort and arranged a nurse to see me early, to Margaret who did a through check on my well being. I  also noticed a Doctor in another area show genuine politeness to a patient.
