"The practice was late opening"

The actual flu jab was not painful and the nurse was very professional but the nightingale practice was late opening and the queing process inside the practice was disorganised but overall it was a easy experience

We had It issues at the start of the clinic which made us a few minutes late opening - It was rather busy at the beginning but the queue did go down quite quickly - We do ask that staff arrive 15 minutes before the start of the clinic to get logged in - When we look at next years clinics we will take your comments into account and arrange for staff to come in 20 minutes before the clinic starts.

There was no communication to the 30 people waiting outside to explain why the practice wasn't open on time and there was no explanation about the disorganised queuing procedure inside the practice.

I am sorry that there was no communication with patients queuing outside - This is something I have discussed with the team and if for any reason we are late opening again a member of staff will go outside and inform patients queuing as to why we are running late.

I apologise if you found the queuing system inside disorganised - We have tried to keep patients safe and have positive feedback about the queuing system however, I will look into this and revise how we do this in future.
