"Admin staff aim for the low standards & fail to…"

Another example of appalling lack of ANYTHING approaching an acceptable level of service from this practice.

The practice has been supplied with proof of Power of Attorney by both local Social Services AND the patients relatives...yet the admin. staff are STILL incapable of including said named relatives into the written correspondence regarding appointments and treatment; instead, sending all letters directly to the 91 years of age patient: presently with advanced dementia & Alzheimer's; he puts ALL his post straight into the bin.

Several missed appointments have resulted, at what cost to the NHS??

One of the excuses for NOT adding the named relatives into the written notification? "You aren't patients with this practice so we cannot include you..."

If the admin. staff were as good at their actual job as they are of dreaming up excuses for their failings they'd possibly be worth their salary for once!
