"Can't get through on the telephone"

About: York Hospital

Really poor contact options. Tried to ring during normal hours. Only one switchboard number which keeps ringing, but there isn't even a queue. It just rings and rings and rings until the phone line is cut off. Can't get through to anyone. Extremely poor. I wonder what excuse it is this time???

Unfortunately our wards are currently experiencing significantly heightened pressures for this time of year and communication, particularly via telephone, has suffered as a result. I sincerely apologise for the poor experience this has created for you.
