"Couldn't ask for better"

Upon visiting from Scotland, fell in the hills and needed advice on a knee injury. Got a same day appointment via 111, went back for an x-ray the next day. Then was recommended how to deal with the injury.

The staff were lovely the care was spot on, I really can't thank them all enough.

I really don't know how the staff do it, as many of the patients waiting were just diabolically rude and ungrateful.

Please be kinder to the people looking after you!!
