(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had a wonderful experience with the ECDC service. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was a hassle to them. I went for a CT scan which went very well and I had my bloods taken. The service didn't take any time at all and I was amazed at how fast I had a scan and got the results. I was very relieved to be given good news. I felt I was very well informed throughout the process too. Whenever I attend services within the NHS I feel I am always well attended and well treated. I was shown kindness and compassion throughout the process. The staff are very dedicated too. 

We are very lucky to have our NHS and it should be cherished.
