After having covid jab I have symptoms such as dizzyness and bad sickness and struggling to cope day to day. Was told to call back or take a appointment which is in 2weeks and basically just suffer. I ran back to see by chance if any cancelations on same day n was told emergency appointments was given out by 10am althou I rang at 8.30 I wasnt given one. Always had problems with this practice am very disappointed and would never advice anyone to go with this surgery

Just want a 2min call and it's just a fight to get this. Will never have a covid jab again if offered to me. If that could be wrote on the notes aswell. Laura fullard

The surgery is so sorry to hear that you are unwell, possibly due to the COVID vaccination.

I understand that you are having problems obtaining an appointment via the telephone. The daily appointments are released at 8am every morning along with any emergencies,.

However you can also book appointments on-line which I believe you are registered for.

If you have a problem logging into the SystmOnline please contact the surgery and they will assist further.

We have sincerely sorry for the issues that you have encountered.
