"Still waiting "

I had my telephone consultation at the beginning of July, I was told I would hear in 6 weeks from one of the companies for CBT. 2 months passed and I had not heard anything, not even someone checking in. My results were moderate depression and anxiety so not mild. I called last week to chase them up, they had not put me on both lists and I was told someone would get back to me the next day. It has now been a week and no one has called. I am struggling and this company who is meant to be helping with my mental health has done nothing but made me feel alonwle, let me down and as if they have no care in the world. I am very unsure where to go now
