"Horrendous "

My disabled mother and stepfather took my special needs uncle to A&E 4.5hrs ago. My mother (who suffers from a severe bad back/ cerebral palsy) was told to wait in the car… perfect for a bad back and my uncle and stepfather have been sat in the waiting room like lemons for blood results. I ring up to see if I could get an estimate time and was spoken down to by reception. How is it A&E when you have to wait that long! I hope it’s nothing seriously had with my uncle. My grandmother already died because of doctor/hospital waiting times/negligence
