"Community midwives"

About: Armagh Community Hospital / Antenatal care

(as a service user),

Attended community midwives in armagh Community  hospital following the birth of my baby girl. On our first visit I was extremely anxious RE babies jaundice, weight loss and he feeding. The midwife (Emma) immediately put me at ease  listened to my concerns and by the end of the visit we had a firm plan in place and I was much less anxious.

Each visit was the same, with us able to be discharged at day 12 with good weight gain, feeding much improved and jaundice gone.

Thank you for giving us such a positive experience.

Dear Snw88 - thank you so much for this lovely feedback and many congratulations on the birth of your little girl. I can appreciate that you were feeling anxious but is great to read that Emma put you at ease and put a plan in place.

I wish you and your little girl well

Best wishes
