"A Practice that is not fit for the people it…"

About: The Elizabeth Courtauld Surgery

Arrived before my time, for my flu jab. Listening to others in que moaning about the telephone system. Its still not working properly, after all this time I would have thought it should be up and running better. Trying myself a week ago trying to book B12 and a blood test, the blood test and the B12 are done on a 3 monthly cycle. The blood test is a check to make sure the immune suppresents I take are not damaging my kidneys, I was told that the blood test would be have to be done at a later date. Realised that as the practise was doing flu jabs which bring in extra monies was probbly the real reason why my bloods wont be taken. Getting a actual appointment to see a Doctor is almost impossible, With all the new builds going up around Halstead I can only see the problems getting worse, I have taken this up with our MP who told me to get in contact with the local health authority which I did two months on still no reply from them. So it looks like the problem is from the top down where no one seems to want to make sure the people of Halstead have a health service suitable for its residents. Its a bit of a rant but how else do we get the service we require.
