Went for advise for my child, instead seeing the doctor, been seen by nurse and sent home. Even my child been unwell for more than a week with throats- tonsillitis.
When I went back on the same day after 2 hours as my child temperature was too high, Receptionist was very rude and refused us to take in as we have been there already and they don’t give second opinion.
It was my first time ever when I received such a bad service.
Glad I decided to phone 111 and doctor was able to help us with treatment.
