(as a relative),

My dad was unwell and had fallen. We needed medical advice and Kayla the nurse who called back from 111 was very good and thorough. The NHS call handler was also very proficient. 

Dr Boyd came out within an hour and a half and was excellent. Can’t fault the service at all.
