"A wonderful birth experience"

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as the patient),

After a long wait for getting in to have our wee girl, we are beyond delighted that she's here safely and healthy.

We were also very lucky that our midwife who delivered our girl last night in the midwife unit, was the same midwife that we had through the labour of our son, 2 years ago. Although, she didn't deliver our boy, the fact she delivered our girl was amazing. 

Katie was amazing and we're so grateful for all her help and support throughout the birth and first few hours of our daughters life. 

Thank you for letting us have a wonderful birth experience in the midwife unit. 
All the staff within the unit were lovely and so accommodating to us.

Katie is absolutely delighted that she cared for you during both your labours and supported you while birthing your daughter.

Katie is amazing at her job as you have witnessed and I agree the team in The Midwives Unit are all lovely. I am so happy you had such a wonderful birth experience and were so well accommodated for. The team will be delighted to read your feedback.
