Just moved to Birmingham and registered with this GP. The reception staff seemed great, supported me easily, and registered me quickly as well. Not impressed with the pharmacy though. The staff seemed great, but I visited on the 20th and my prescription was ready for the 21st. Went to pick up meds on the 22nd and they did not have my meds in stock. Seems absurd they would have had the prescription for a day to arrange for stock and have it ordered. I am highly diabetic with no insulin generation and not taking medicines even for a day can cost me dearly. Now I have to wait again ( gone 3 days without meds!)
