"I was made to feel comfortable and greeted cheerfully"

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

Somewhat embarrassed at first, by going into the main hospital and having to be redirected to another building. Was greeted cheerfully. After a short wait I was taken into a room with Jackie who immediately put me at ease. She asked questions entering the data on a computer. She listened intently. I was made to feel comfortable and even enjoyed our conversation. I was examined, with another delightful lady called Juliet in the room as a chaperone. Diagnoses made, treatment offered as was a full STD test. Blood and urine samples taken. At not time did I think the situation could have been managed any better. I would like to thank and compliment the two ladies on their professionalism.
