"Really knowledgeable and efficient!"

My son was called for his appointment almost on time. The junior doctor who saw him, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He cleaned his ears, telling him about the process. After he had finished he called a senior colleague, to check his ears. His colleague offered further advice and confirmed future medications required. Both doctors showed genuine concern and they were very thorough.
