About: Woodend Hospital / Elective Orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I attended Woodend hospital for day surgery. From the moment I stepped into DoSA the staff were nothing but kind, considerate and entirely professional and person centred.

Thanks for all staff in DoSA, theatres and ward 9 for putting me at ease and providing excellent care. Many thanks to you all.

Thank you for sharing such positive feedback with us about your visit to DOSA and Ward 9 at Woodend. I’m sorry there has been a delay in responding to you, we haven’t been checking the Care Opinion platform as often as we would like lately.

The teams at DOSA and Ward 9 always try their hardest to deliver the best care and being kind, compassionate and helping people feel at ease is an important part of that – but it’s lovely when our patients recognise it too.

I have shared your feedback with the team who really appreciate your kind words and I hope you have recovered well from your surgery.
