About: Penrith Hospital

I visited the Urgent Care Unit last night after a fall and badly grazing my arm. I received excellent care throughout from reception to nursing staff. They were kind and reassuring as well as very efficient in dealing with this 89 year old. The wound was cleaned and dressed with great care and I was sent on my way with instructions for further treatment next week. Thank you for an excellent resource for our community and for some laughs too!

I am so sorry that you fell and grazed your arm, it must have given you quite a shock but thank you for taking the time to write to us with such a positive review

I am very pleased to hear that you found the process to be of such a high standard including instructions for after care.
