The worst service ever, no staff and receptionists who decide if you are worthy of being seen. Rang up about an off the scale blood pressure of 164/146 and being in pain, begged for help or if I could pop over to the hospital for advice and both requests were answered with no appointments and we are very busy. Called 111 and ended up in Corby urgent care who said with a blood pressure that high we should of gone to hospital straight away. Well done omp on yet again none existent service. The place needs closing down and is not fit for purpose.
