"Flu vaccination 2021"

I was invited by SMS to sign up for the 2021 flu vaccinations. The process of registering and obtaining a 3-minute appointment on line was quick and efficient. On the day I was greeted and name-checked at the surgery-door and directed to a very clearly marked queue and then guided through the procedures by the staff, who took care to manage flows and keep arriving and departing patients separate. The admnistrative process had been well thought out and well prepared, there were enough staff, there were no crowds, and things flowed very smoothly. There was nothing unusual about the actual vaccination process, which was carried out pleasantly and unhurriedly by one of the practice nurses. All-in-all, a very well planned and well executed operation.
