About: Daisy Hill Hospital Maternity care / Maternity Ward

(as a service user),

My Daisy Hill maternity experience has been fine - all good.  The staff have all been incredibly friendly and supportive of  all my needs. I would especially like to mention Tracey who has been absolutely fantastic.

My only source of improvement, and I am clutching at straws when I say this, is that the environment is quite noisy, and a private room would be nice.

Thank you for your feedback and I will ensure Tracey is made aware of your comments. unfortunately on occasions due to the activity and nature of the services the noise can be more than expected but we do endeavor to reduce noise as much as possible. There are a limited number of side rooms available in the maternity ward and allocated on request/need basis which means the option of having them is limited and I am sorry you weren't able to avail of one of them on this occasion.
