"No news from the nursing team"

About: Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare

Have received new medication but really frustrated at not being able to start treatment until a nurse home training visit is arranged. Was told that a nurse would be in contact within 5 days of receipt of medication yet after a week there is still no news from them. Having to suffer physically and mentally because of my skin condition so it has been extremely disappointing, upsetting and heightening my anxiety not knowing when I can get started on a prescription that was signed off almost a month ago.
