"Treating us like NHS patients"

About: Nuffield Hospital Oxford (the Manor)

I have excellent service when I visit Consultants, but it is Reception staff that let down the hospital.

1. Why are we asked for our Date of Birth when we check in ? No other private hospital asks for this as a matter of course.

2. I have a potential cancer diagnosis, and have been trying to get an appointment for a mammogram since Monday - today is Friday.

NO-ONE has called me back, even after I have followed up a referral from my Oncologist, phone the Radiology Dept, even spoken to people in the dept. They were worst of all - I had spoken to five before one sounded sympathetic.
