"She was always there when I needed help"

I’ve just finished getting support from you and I’m doing really well and it feels great. I want to make sure that my worker, Shaheen, gets the credit she deserves for the support she has given me.

Whilst I was getting support from your service, she was always there when I needed help.  I felt like I could tell her anything, and she would be there pushing me forwards.  This was exactly what I needed, and I don’t think I would have made it if it wasn’t for her.

I have no doubt she has and will do the same for others.  She has been absolutely amazing.
