At first I had difficulty relaxing as my mind was wandering off, thinking of tasks I needed to do, but the voice was so calming I managed to get drawn back into the moment and it became easier and quicker to do each time. I will definitely try to do this at least once a day, if only for 5 minutes as I’m certain it will be of great benefit to my mind, body and soul.
