(as a service user),

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at maternity especially dr thompson, emma the midwife who was covering on ward 31a on the 3rd of September, midwife Aileen and Yvonne in CMU unit without those 4 I couldn't have gotten through my pregnancy labour and birth experience the way I did! Each one of these staff members made me feel so at ease so welcome and not alone and thanks to them I have a perfect healthy little girl and cannot express my gratitude anymore!

Thank you for taking the time to send in this lovely feedback. It is heart-warming to read of the excellent care you have received from the team here at RAH and the safe arrival of your daughter. I am glad to hear that you were made to feel so at ease and not alone. The staff all work very hard to provide the best care possible and to hear this feedback makes it all worthwhile. I will be sure to share your post with the staff in particular Dr Thomson, Emma, Aileen and Yvonne. I hope you are recovering well and enjoying these early days with your baby.
