About: Bideford Hospital / Pre Operative Assessment

(as a service user),

Yesterday I went for a second time for a pre op assessment at Bideford Community Hospital. You are so lucky to have such excellent nurses in Maggie and Julie. The first time I went they diagnosed that I could have a blood clot in my right leg which proved correct. Without this diagnosis I could have had another pulmonary embolism!!!

Could you please pass on my very grateful thanks to Maggie and Julie - they are superb!!

Our pre-assessment nursing team are highly skilled nurses trained to provide a full assessment of patients waiting to have procedures and I'm pleased to hear that you found them to be excellent.
