"Helpful and considerate staff"

My experience from start to finish was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and considerate. The endoscopy team were brilliant but I have to single out Stella the endoscopist. She listened to me about what i thought and what my concerns were she then explained what the procedure was. In conclusion I was treated as an indvidual that knows my own body. She has a lovely calming effect and has a special and rare talent. She actually listens to your opinion and treats you with respect as a person. To many times in hospital, my experiences have not been as good. Consultants and doctors should remember every patient is a special person in their own right and has an opinion and a life outside of the hospital. To sum up, just be a normal person and think of the bigger picture, sometimes people can be too insular. We still have one of the best health care services in the world. Keep up the good work we really do appriciate all in the NHS.
