I was referred by BMI Chaucer on 15th September 2021 as I had previously had inguinal hernia surgery and a Catheter fitted (which had been removed the previous day), as I was concerned over urine retention.
Although extremely busy, I could not fault the care that was provided at firstly reception, the lady giving initial diagnosis, plus the GP who later offered advice and prescribed antibiotics.
"Busy but excellent service."
