I’ve never realised just how bad other doctor surgeries have been until I compared them with Vineyard Hill Road Surgery. Getting an appointment was easy, they always had time to discuss any concerns and I always left feeling comforted. The nurses are the first nurses to have ever successfully got me to take a needle (since a scarring event as a child at a surgery in Kent) and time and time again they just completely put me at ease so much so that I am starting to recover from my phobia of needles. I don’t know the two nurses names, but I wish I did because I owe them so much and it’s because of them I could successfully go through with my Covid jabs. I’ve never used a surgery as good as this one and I can only wish my new one was half as supportive.
