"Very friendly and helpful"

Such friendly and helpful staff all over the hospital. I have attended a few times over the summer for outpatient appts, mainly with my children. The hospital is a bit of a maze but everytime I stopped to check signs or looked a little lost, the first member of staff passing me by has always stopped to help.one even rang the department I was heading for! I also missed an appt due to me getting the wrong date and turned up a day late. One member of staff was so kind and squeezed us in so I didn't have to make another appt. Such kindness, helpfulness and friendliness goes a long way.
