About: Mental Health Services for Older People – Community (City) / City Community Mental Health Team (CMHT)

(as a carer),

A visit by assistant practitioner Jessica from stapleford care centre Notts has made such a difference to my life meaning looking after my wife with alzheimers disease she took time to inform me about various things going off around me which I have already got involved in. Memory cafe day centre and I have also enrolled on a 7 week carers course plus any help with finance if entitled without that isit I felt lost well done Jessica.
