"Lack of Information"

About: Wychbury Medical Group

I recently spoke to this GP regarding my fertility count. They printed me a fertility form and told me to go get it done at Russell's Hall. I went to Russell's Hall with my sample, asked where to put it, was told in a green bin. Did so, 1 month later I chased to see if they had received. GP told me that didn't have results back, spoke to Russell's Hall they confirmed my sample had been rejected due to me not booking an appointment?

Apparently you have to ring New Cross Hospital and book via them for an appointment at Russell's Hall. I wasn't told this by anyone and the waiting list is 2 months now. I spoke to Wychbury About this and they wasn't aware this. I'm unsure if its lack of information being spread or a lack of care, but these delays cost time and mental health.

Dear patient,

I will ensure this feedback is passed on to the doctors to ensure they are aware of the correct procedure.

Kind regards

Sarah Reid
