"No contact"

About: University Hospital (Coventry) / Accident and emergency University Hospital (Coventry) / General medicine

(as a service user),

Visited UHCW accident and emergency after a football tackle and sustained a fracture of the zygoma.   Was told by Max Fax that I would be called in the morning as my fracture needed treatment within 2 weeks. After I didn’t hear from them I called the department only to be told they had no record of me. The helpful admin assistant said I would be called by the on call SHO but still no contact. I am sat at home not knowing what to do after being told the fracture needs to be dealt with in 2 weeks. !   I am now trying to contact max fax departments elsewhere.
