It took me two months to build up the the nerve to contact the GP about my chronic condition that had been in remission.
I had explained an overview of my condition on the form for my eConsult, and received a generic SMS to a service that clearly states on their website, that they're unable to help with my condition, as the resolution. After phoning the surgery it was confirmed by a receptionist that this was the resolution offered and I wouldn't receive any contact from a Doctor.
I don't know what I'm supposed to do now.
It seems that the surgery would rather clear open eConsult tickets than provide actual healthcare, and this is after I had openly stated on my eConsult that I had active thoughts of harming myself and others.
