"Brilliant staff"

The staff at the Urgent Care unit we’re brilliant today, I went in with heart palpitations and weakness and they got my tests done right away and I couldn’t have asked for more. Incredibly kind and understanding when I was upset over having to have a blood test due to a needle phobia and did everything they could to accommodate me to being able to be more comfortable throughout the process. Everything was well explained and talked through and honestly they couldn’t have done more. They were quick and efficient and left no stone unturned as far as they were able to with the tests they could perform themselves and made it clear that if I had any further worries which could not be resolved in a timely matter with my local GP then I could return there for quick care.
