My maternity experience at Daisy Hill Hospital has been a very good one. The staff are all brilliant - very lovely and extremely caring. 

The ward itself is also really nice - its both clean and comfortable as well as very tidy. Any food I have received has also been very nice.

I have had a really good maternity experience and I cannot think of any improvements - except maybe better coffee!

Thank you for posting regarding your recent hospital stay.

I will pass your positive feedback to our Catering and Domestic Services Teams. I know they will appreciate your kind comments.

I understand your frustration with the coffee, unfortunately due to the volume and demand at ward level we can only use instant coffee. This is a very difficult beverage to get right for large numbers of patients. I will pass your feedback to the managers to ensure this product is reviewed during the procurement processes.
